1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Springroll Team ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Springroll Team is an AI-powered workstation application that runs locally on your Windows computer. The Service provides document generation, grant/contract search, and other AI-assisted workflows using local GPU processing.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Trial: Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent license verification
• Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. Documents, proposals, and other outputs generated by the AI are yours.

Our Software: Springroll Team software, including all code, designs, and algorithms, remains the exclusive property of Springroll AI.

7. Data and Privacy

Springroll Team processes your data locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your documents unless you explicitly share them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before use. Springroll AI is not liable for errors, omissions, or legal issues arising from AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRINGROLL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
